A Family Legacy in Morocco

Bruno’s father was a respected French surgeon based in Rabat who developed a close relationship with Morocco and its people.

Over the years, he became the personal physician and trusted confidant of King Mohammed V and later served within the royal circle during the reign of Hassan II.

In 1939, he acquired the estate near Amizmiz as a peaceful retreat surrounded by olive trees, mountain landscapes, and traditional Berber villages.

At the time, the region remained authentic and untouched, offering calm and silence far from the city.

Bruno’s Vision

Inspired by this family legacy and his love for Morocco, Bruno transformed the property into what is now known as Maroc Lodge Atlas Mountain Retreat.
